Can I Sell Opened Boxes?
No, we do not pay for opened boxes.
Do I Have To Remove Pharmacy Labels?
No you do not. Please leave them on so that the boxes aren’t damaged in the process. You risk tearing the boxes and this would decrease your payout dramatically. We will remove all labels and shred information.
Is It Legal To Sell My Diabetic Test Strips?
Yes! Diabetic test strips are an Over-the-counter (OTC) product and there is no regulation on the resale of OTC products.
Will you send my strips back if you do not purchase them ?
We cannot purchase all test strips we receive. For example, if your boxes have less than 3 months until expiration, are opened or unsealed, or you have a brand we cannot purchase, we do not offer a payout or return these items. By shipping your supplies to us, you signify your agreement with the Terms & Conditions
What Are The Acceptable Box Conditions?
We prefer boxes in mint condition with no damage (store quality), however we will accept boxes with damage no bigger than a dime in size for a discount, WE DO NOT ACCEPT boxes with broken seals, blood stains/spots, rips or tears. To ensure fair and accurate pricing, please send a clear picture with expiration date showing both sides of the box.Unacceptable boxes will not be returned. Prices listed on our website refer to boxes dated (10 Months+ from expiration date, unless otherwise stated.) Earlier dates, from 4-9 months, are up to 50% off the listed price. The cutoff date will be the 21st of each month. Boxes set to expire before 4 months are not eligible for our payment program but can be donated.
When do i get paid ?
Once your boxes are validated by our staff we will process your supplies the same day, our staff will send you a confirmation of when we have received your supplies and you will receive a check in the mail within 3-5 days. If you have a digital payment method you select you will receive it within 24 hours of your package arriving to our office
Do I have to pay for shipping ?
No. When you decide to sell your supplies to us, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label to mail your supplies with your own box or a pre paid mail kit at no cost to you, which includes a return package and a prepaid shipping label. There are no shipping expenses on your end when you work with us.
Can I sell diabetic supplies that are expired, damaged or used?
No, we do not pay for expired, damaged or used supplies.
